Coming from someone that just had to put the stock side mufflers back on their awe switchpath.....side deletes and center deletes at the same time are truly only for the insane

This^^. I took a ride in the same car as mine with the complete soul package and it was far too loud. Dude was selling the entire exhaust after just installing it.
I went with the Soul CMD and love it. Because they're local to me I was able to swing in and discuss my intentions and I met John at a couple local Porsche drives. Can't go wrong with Soul IMO

I have Soul modular system center bypass and muffler delete with oem cats. You will be very happy if you are looking for a louder system with a great tone.

Thanks very much for stopping by the shop, and supporting the local Porsche events! Always a pleasure meeting fellow locals : ) We have a humble little gathering at our shop with a NY/NJ based 991 owner's group this Saturday morning at 9am. Open invite if you'd like to stop by for a bite to eat, some refreshments, and hang out with some new people. Afterwards we'll be leaving right from here to watch and support the PCA Club Race at NJMP Thunderbolt as a Club Race sponsor if you want to tag along.

Just installed the Soul CMB on my 991.1 GT3 yesterday. Sounds like a different car when the valves open...it's plenty loud...not sure why you'd want it any louder!

Yes, the modular competition system does drone as you're deleting all three mufflers on the car. That said, as "straight pipe" systems go we do have some unique design characteristics that help take the edge off the drone a bit and help smooth out the exhaust note.

1. You can option the system to have valves to route the exhaust flow through a smaller diameter exhaust path
2. Our center muffler bypass portion is an expansion chamber design getting larger than smaller again
3. The support brackets of our the system are bespoke and mount to the engine like the OEM side mufflers, sending resonant frequencies/vibrations through the engine/trans mounts rather than through the chassis like the OEM center muffler mount.

Again, these serve to "take the edge off" the drone and smooth out the exhaust note so don't expect it to be a transformation of sound and drone levels like having a muffler in the system. It is a great setup for those that are looking for maximum aggression, weight loss, and reduction of heat soak to the rear tires. It offers a very cost effective 3in1 exhaust system, allowing you to switch between side bypass, center bypass, and a combination of both. This is of great benefit to those that aren't quite sure what they want to go with and want to play around with it, we love the DIY type and support them in whatever way we can.

Best regards,
John Gaydos

Is there no way to dampen the vibration with gaskets or some rubber bushing or washer?

Mounting to the engine instead of the chassis made an improvement, using rubber in the exhaust mounts did nothing to effect the actual cabin presence. It's resonating from the piping itself in it's entirety, so wrapping the entire exhaust in a rather thick layer of exhaust wrap material is really the only other thing to help dampen the effect in the cabin. Even that only serves to take the edge off a bit more, tried that too haha.
