It is the heaviest, comparing to the 720s, pista, 765lt, 3rs, etc... she aint light.

Perhaps something to consider post warranty.
i think only the back muffler is ti , the cat section is not . I changed out mine into an inconel hiflow and it was lighter .

Each of these are within 100 lbs of each others, thus losing weight is a futile waste of money.

For "putting" around the island, if you're wanting to effect of something lighter and more agile work with a speed shop and get your alignment setup more aggressively with a focus on toe.

Are you bored?

I would guess that you haven't explored 50% of what the car can do and you want to lighten it. I'd invest in driving/experiencing the car and lessons / coaching vs taking one of the best street performing cars (with very light wheels) you can buy and trying to make it better. Just my 2c but its your money and its a free world..

I doubt there's anything you can do that you could feel or quantify, unless you took out the engine.

Tracking all those cars except the 765LT I can say the gt2rs feels heavier... Plus those who have actually weight knows it's higher than advertised. That said, I personally have no interest beyond battery and suspension once warranty is up. I've done brakes / pads / SS lines, track nanny, 6 points, 1-piece roll cage... Fav to date is the roll cage, noticeably stiff on driveways. Next double track day is end of Nov at Laguna so we shall see.

Yes, it's fkg fast the way it is, and maybe .001% of drivers can actually utilise that, so why waste time with this discussion.

The best bang for the buck is smallest lithium battery you can live with. Then super lightweight wheels( you already have). Carbon racing seats can also save a ton vs. stock umpteen-way seats.Titanium exhaust - very expensive, and not gonna save that much on a car with pretty light exhaust like ours. Then go any tools, that useless gue for tires if you have it, empty washer tank, always half-tank of gas. CF doors is not easy to live with. Same for lexan rear glass.

Manthey Racing they have a ton of add ones since you think you need to tinker.

Personally I would take driving lessons best money you can spend.

Cats and exhaust manifolds are definitely not Ti but the rest of the exhaust is. If I could ask where you got your inconel hiflow cats and were they plug and play or were additional piping required to fit? Any CEL?

No doubt about that...reps and pro instruction. As is generally accepted, it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at anything.

I passed 2 different GT2RS on track at Homestead a few weeks ago with my GT3RS .... I wonder if they were too heavy
