Hope the wait isn't too bad. Do you get a loaner?

I purchased the car at Tacoma, called them over a dozen times and left several voice mails, they never called me back, so it went to Bellevue who answered the phone the first time and got me an appt the next week. I just had to pay for the toe all the way over there, and Larson is 8mi from my house.
Isn't that cute, a loaner? Nope. However, if it is going to take 6 months to fix, I'm going to ask for a car to use. Right now the local dealers are doing Enterprise rental cars.

Maybe it was fate, I would prefer to use Bellevue for something like this. Neighbor had his done there a couple years ago and was very happy. Certainly a bummer for those of us South Sounders but for this work you’ll be happier it’s there. Too bad Spec German can’t do Porsche warranty work. As you may know (IMHO) they are the best for us on this end of Seattle.

Do you happen to know if it's a G motor?

Not to hijack or fork, but can anyone point me to a resource on how to tell which engine a GT3 has? I lifted the rear hood today and took photos of stamps on both sides, but I don't know how to decipher them. I've tried googling and forum surfing, but I can't seem to find a primer on engine issues.
