This is still available for sale, although...... as can be seen in the above video at post #1, It is hanging up in my garage already and it looks AWESOME, But feel free to make me an offer if you'd like to enjoy it in your garage instead of mine.
I also am in process of putting together some other Porsche Garage Art for those interested.

I do not believe that it does, but it is currently hung up 20 feet in the air so a little hard for me to double check. I went back and looked at front / back pictures that I had of it and did not see any. If you are serious I can get a ladder up and double check and let you know for positive.
