Default What would you do? 991.1 GT3 to 991.1RS?

So had an interesting off today from a dealer. Here’s a summary.

They offered 125K on my black 2015 GT3 WITH 13.7K miles. Also disclosed a track incident but car is repaired and drives flawless. Original engine.

They have a 2016 GT3RS with 25.3k miles that was someone’s DD. Lava orange.

BASE 911 GT3 RS 18 Standard Interior in Black/Lava Orange 450 Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) 474 Front axle lift system 490 Sound Package Plus 509 Fire Extinguisher 558 Seats Belts in Lava Orange 643 Sport Chrono Package (Porsche Track Precision App) 686 SiriusXM® Satellite Radio Receiver (NavTraffic and NavWeather i.c.w. PCM) H2 Lava Orange P23 Porsche Communication Management (PCM) incl. navigation module XEY LED headlights in black including Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) XUB Headlight Cleaning System Covers in Exterior Color XYB Fuel Cap with Aluminum Look Finish

essentially a 50k trade difference. Is it worth doing or considering?

So the 3RS is $175k? I think the RS is worth the difference but that's me. Sofas in an RS are wrong though and likely, along with mileage, the reason it's on the cheaper end. You'll have trouble getting out of it one day with those seats.

RS has LWBS. Not sure if previous owner added them?

See if you can close the gap further on the GT3 (10-20k more for your GT3), while keeping the price fixed on the RS if you can't get it lower.

the GT3 has an accident , so that is 10-15 % diminished value on trade in and resale
I think it is a reasonable trade
I moved from a 991.1 GT3 to a 991 .1 RS and it is a completely different beast.

I think it's very reasonable, and you will end up in an RS!

that gt3 offer is almost retail price imo. seems the dealer really wants to get rid of that rs.

I would do it in a heartbeat, your car has an accident on it, original engine where I think buyers are going to be very cautious of buying when the 10 years is up unless they get a smoking deal.

Oh, and you're getting into an RS

Since you do track, no question go for it! The RS on Track is night and day difference!
