We’re not talking about a Ferrari. This is a serviced 911. The Experience Center sim0ky does what the car is designed to do. The key is and always will be maintenance. I would not hesitate buying a similar car, I will honor your. Interest. This is not fantasy football 😀

Hard to answer without more details, i.e. miles, MSRP, and asking price. Personally, it would have to be a screaming deal for me to buy one of those cars. I've been to PEC LA and ATL, as well as the Sport Driving School in Alabama. Yes, they are no doubt well cared for but also extraordinarily well used, meaning beat on.

Ha, lots of friends at this dealer. If you’re working with Greg Jordan ……good guy. I’d have no problem buying the car from them. Done lots of business with them. Ignore Greg, he’s in ATL sorry car is in NY. Good luck.

It didn't take three seconds to conclude: NFW. They are insane asking that for a car from a PEC.

I don’t think he said it was a PEC track car, it was an executive that works at the PEC. Track cars aren’t PTS.

I do think the price is a bit steep for the current market. I bought mine with a similar build but Jet black metallic a year ago for a little less than that. Mine had a few more options but the major stuff was the same. Also same miles.

Not PTS

Has it been confirmed how the car was used?

8800 miles would be right around 100 hours of track use. If you read thru the PMNA manuals, you’ll find lots of parts on the cups/Clubsports are supposed to be timed out at 100 hours. Now cups/Clubsports run slicks so more load, but track miles are more significant. Net-net I wouldn’t conflate low miles as low wear. I’d buy a car like this, but nowhere near the premium being asked.

I have the exact same car, albeit mine has less miles.

If it was a track car, then it is just a tad too expensive. If it was an executives car used mostly on the street, then its a good deal.

I am a haggler . Offer to buy it at the original MSRP price $169K, and see if they bite. I would buy a PEC track car, well maintained with CPO, at that price!

There's no way I would I would buy a PEC car when there's so many other cars that have been babied that you can find.
