best auto insurance for rarely driven GT3?

I def need to look around. I live in FL which I'm told by USAA is the most expensive state in the US. I pay:
15 Macan S - $1,846
17 C4S - $2,138/yr
18 GT3 - $2,120/yr
The Macan is 9 years old and has 35K on it. The C4S has 4K on it and the GT3 has 1K on it.
I'll looking the Porsche insurance since I don't drive them much...

Dang. CA based, and paying $1800/year for my GT3, and $1400/year each for 996 Turbos. Everything currently with State Farm, who insures my life, Medicare gap, home, rentals, jewelry, umbrella, etc.

I'd appreciate some recommendations for auto insurance for a rarely driven GT3. I live in the Rocky Mountains and the driving season is only May-October. I love my GT3, but only put 1500 miles a year on her.
I'm thinking it would be best to have a separate auto policy for my GT3 that reflects that it is rarely used. It is mostly a track car for me, I drive to and from the track once a month during the driving season and take a few long weekend trips with her each year, but that is it.
I've had state farm, progressive, geico. I have turned my collision coverage off during the winter, but I wonder if there is a better way to insure my car separately since I drive the wheels off my other cars, but not my GT3.
Suggestions?

I have my 997 on my Progressive policy. I put it in ‘storage’ mode (basically only Comp) for winter.

FYI I did run a quote on the Porsche site and it's about 1,100/yr cheaper than USAA but it's a base fee + miles. I was pretty conservative on miles (rounded up to a number at least 1K higher than my current trend. That's for 3 cars (C4s, GT3T, Macan S).

Been using Porsche insurance on my ‘19 T for two years now. Just paid $338 for the next six months. Average about 1k miles every six months. Agreed value on my T is 100k.
