Mooty, I really like your Ruby RS! It definitely hits the "spot" for me. Over the years you have posted the pictures of a lot of great cars, but I like this one the best!

b/n 993RS and 964RS. I much prefer 993RS. and do not like 993 chasis at all.
Stock 993 chassis, I can see why you’d say that. It’s a little too mature. I felt the same way at first. And most 993s are not aligned properly - with the kinematic toe arm you need specialized tools to align properly which most shops don’t have or know how to use. With all the RS suspension components and RS alignment, it’s a different animal. 993RS proper, even more so.
I didn't follow the value thread, but stumbled on this one and have subscribed. If a thread doesn't interest you, don't read it - simple.
I think the root of the problem with most of the negative comments is jealousy, amplified by the pandemic. A lot of people bought stuff to try to soothe their souls, including bidding against each other to get cars, but seeing that other people have more stuff, or paid less to get their stuff, stings. People need to accept that life isn't fair. It never was.

it's dirty alright.
as of 12/2021, I decide I will not wash cars myself anymore. free time is on bike or eating....
eat drink ride drive
maybe buy a watch here and there
everything else is just not that important to me.
