As for Ca sound, pretty much any ctr muffler replacement will blow sound, I find the best solution is to replace the side mufflers with valved bypass and keep the OEM center...

[QUOTE=John D II;19060424]We have tested all of the GT3 popular styles/designs. We have found the the most exotic, highest pitch wail combined with the least drone is achieved utilizing an X-Pipe design. Our proprietary X-Pipe design is engineered to create a glorious sound and reduce drone compared to the other popular designs that we have encountered. We also offer a variety of solutions such as 2.5" or 2.75" tubing in stainless steel or titanium and optional in-line mufflers for a quieter end game. Feel free to contact us to learn more - we own and test on a few of our own GT3's and have direct experience with these cars. We would enjoy helping you sort things out.
I wanted to give some feedback on the speedtech center since I haven't seen many reviews specific to the 991 GT3 models.
I purchased the 2.75" SS version after debating the various options (sharkwerks, soul, GMG etc.) I was looking for a little more sound but mainly to accentuate more of the exotic tone and took a shot with speedtech...and couldn't be more pleased with the exhaust. Sounds awesome and exactly what I was looking for. I run with the valves disconnected and with the stock muffler there was drone and the tone wasn't the most pleasing thing but the speedtech sounds better with more volume but no drone. The best thing about the setup has been the 3-5K RPM zone which now is very pleasing and where most street legal driving tends to take place. Again, I think this a perfect option that suits a touring well.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for posting your thoughts. I'm so happy to see you are pleased with our 2.75 X-Pipe, it's really a nice feeling for both of us when things meet your expectations. That 2.75 X-Pipe is a fantastic choice for any GT3, I run it on my GT3's and love it. Enjoy!
Best Regards,
John

An alternative 2.75" GT3 Touring center bypass going out, this time with silencers and satin black ceramic coating.
