Brake fluid flush
Are there any special steps for 991.2 GT3RS (I guess GT3 and others are same) over and above how you would do a regular brake flush in any other car? The motiv tool filled, pressure 15 psi, start from far corner outer nipple, etc? Do you need PIWIS or any special tools? Is the bleeder screws hand tight?

I usually use a turkey baster to suck out as much of the old fluid from the brake fluid reservoir first, then refill with fresh (make sure to do this before attaching Motiv), then use the Motiv to flush. Just keep an eye that you're keeping plenty of fluid around the pickup straw in the Motiv.
Once finished and torqued closed, I use a bottle of aerosol brake cleaner (put its straw right into the bleeder valves and squirt with a shop towel preventing splatter) to get any fluid out of the top of the bleeder that will otherwise weep out once hot.
Lastly, I pour warm water over the calipers (where the bleeders are) to neutralize any residual brake fluid and prevent paint damage.

Nothing special, just don't allow the Motiv nor car's brake fluid reservoir to go dry (then you need need PWIIS to run the ABS pump to purge the air). Bleeder valves have a torque spec of 130 inch-pounds (just under 11 ft-lbs or 14.7 Nm).

what do you use to torque the bleed screws? I have crow foot attachments not sure if they ll work.

Thanks Grant. What motiv products do you suggest? I actually dont have one and always used a helper with the brake pedal and made my own catch bottle. This time I want to invest in the right tools. I also want to buy a catch bottle.

For bleeder valves, always use 11mm 6-point box wrench and deep well sockets for torquing. 12-pt tends to round off the corners. I always just do by feel until the end, then torque with 1/4" torque wrench and deep well socket (may also need an extension).
They sell cheap bleeder bottles on Amazon with magnets to hold the bottle to the brake rotor (unless PCCB).
Probably a cheaper option, but like this:
Run the catch can’s hose through the box wrench's opening while bleeding…

How much fluid would I need to do a full flush of the system? 2 liters is enough?

If not going to see any track use, something like Motul would be fine.

If you go to your dealer, I think they only stock 1 version of DOT 4 fluid…
Sounds like everything in the last 20 years (aside from CGT) uses it:

I don't put any fluid in the pressure bleeder. This saves on wasted fluid a little and makes clean up easier, but does require additional disconnects and re-pressurizations to top off the reservoir.
There's one bleeder, I think it's on the inboard side of the front right corner, that will not accept the 11mm flare wrench. It's like the casting on the caliper doesn't allow enough clearance so I have to use an 11mm socket. Makes things a little messy.
And after two non-working Motiv bleeders out of the box, I gave up and bought a different brand that was less money and has a better construction.
