Because it's scripted, fake, and pre-approved

WHAT?

In all seriousness, is it possible to get busted for speeding / reckless driving via a youtube video?

I do know that in the NFL, you can't get called for a penalty with instant replay, so what's the difference?

Do a search. Plenty of examples.

Note to self - what happens in the GT3, stays in the GT3.

The risk is not confined to Youtube.

I know of a crazed pack of GT3 drovers that decided to do a mass blitz of the Tail of the Dragon. Induced so many flustered touristas to take to their cell phones that the cops had a road block waiting for them at the end of the run. Better just to keep the hooliganism on the track.

They definitely can use it as evidence as the most recent case of a Land Rover running over a bunch of motorbikes in NYC. Using youtube, they nab 4 additional bikers which were latter charged for gang violence.
