Looks like Porsche just updated the configurator significantly. When I try to recall my latest configuration it asks me if I want to apply it to the new model YEAR!

Exterior Colors:
Basalt Black Metallic replaced by Jet Black Metallic
Amaranth Red Metallic replaced by Carrera White Metallic

New options:
Side skirts painted in body color
Headlight Cleaning System Covers in Deviated Exterior Color
Inner Door Sill Guards in Leather
Online Services
Storage Compartment Lid in Alcantara with PORSCHE Logo
Storage Compartment Lid in Alcantara with Porsche Crest

Changes:
Sport Chrono Package incl. Porsche Track Precision App replaces Sport Chrono options and now costs $1850

Still no damn sport bucket seats!!

Also looks like they may not be finished as the Sport Chrono option doesn't put the wart on the dash and doesn't have any amplifying descriptive information yet.

My biggest question is ... has 2014 model year been closed out. When I load an old configuration into the configurator I get the message...

"Do you want to copy selected configuration into new model year?"

The bluetooth phone prep option has disappeared. Perhaps it's standard now?

Standard features are not currently populated in that version of the configurator, but I had the same suspicion.

I like the thought, but I wonder if it is slightly more complicated. Could be they will fix the delivered cars, retrofit those manufactured but not delivered and complete all orders currently in the system as 2014s. And all new orders placed in the system become 2015s.

I prefer your version as I have an order in the system with an April lock, May build, June delivery and would prefer a 2015 at this point.

I wonder if the SC w/Track Precision App is Porsche's response to Corvette's Performance Data Recorder? If so, some of you guys may have to learn to love the wart after all.

I've got a build start date of 4/11 right now. It would seem that these new options are for the 2015 model. I wonder if these options are even a choice for my 4/11 build....

Hmm maybe there is an answer for the Z06.

Orange 4.0 with in board data video would be pretty hard to ignore.
Just that stupid PDK to deal with, but you can't have it all...
