I ran the Dunlops last weekend at COTA on my RS and liked it. They stay consistent through out the session. I copied Ortho Joe's setting 27/29 Cold and ended up with 37/39 hot at the end. Lowered 2 Psi all around and all was fine at 35f/38r after 30 minute hot afternoon runs.
Feel was different than Cup2 but grip was good and wear was good as well.
Alignmnet is bone stock. Front aero blocks removed and rear wing at max angle. Car was slightly understeery, maybe should run a bit less rear wing next time.

those pressures seem high !!! 31/34 seems more like what you are after vs 35/38 !

Yes.
The screen mesh under the fender vents were still in place.

I was following Ortho Joe's experience with the Dunlops. I think TRAKCAR aslo said something similiar about don't go under 35psi with the Dunlops. (Correct me if I am wrong)

The car felt good so I never thought to try lower pressures that weekend. I'll try 31/34 next time I am out at my local track. Cheers!

Yup. You're doing it the right way. The Dunlops like heat and higher pressures. You will be slow on low pressures like 31/34. Low pressures like that only work if you aren't driving hard enough to get heat into the tires so you need low pressures to get heat into them.
