Default New 991R photos

These are supposed to be new photos of the 991R. What I find curious is that the 991R is rumoured to be released at the Geneva show which is only weeks away and yet it is still running around in a 991 suit of clothes. Is it possible it's not getting the new 991.2 updates?

http://www.autoevolution.com/news/20...er-104703.html

The recent photos of the 991.2 GT3 was also still sporting a 991.1 body. I wonder what's going on here?

Looks like a Carrera 4S with GT3 front end and Turbo S wheels.

There's got to be more than that. Or, so special it doesn't need to say a word. I thought the tires were going to be skinny?

I heard it's coming with the 4.0L, not the 3.8.

This ^^^ and I don't think it will have any aero. 600 sounds extremely low for the world but who knows.

In other words, like a GTS.

I like it. Not $270k worth, but I like it.

That is not an impressive look for a super car. Looks like all the 911S cars but for the exhaust. I guess slapping a number plate on them will make them worth a lot but frankly the RS is more impressive!

Porsche is notoriously good at making people guess, making them wait, and using current body styles or slightly older gen body styles to test new drive trains.

It's hard to appreciate the aero features on the car in that color, especially at the rear. I'd like to see it in silver or white.

introducing the 22 version of the 911 Carrera. LOL....Do you think the heads at P sit around having a few drinks betting on how many versions they can make and still sell them out before they are even introduced to the public??? I would love to be a fly in that room... "hey guys, lets remove some weight, put a old manual transmission in it from 10 years ago and call it a limited edition and sell it for 200K" they are all genius or were all idiots for buying into it!!!!

Not worth getting this imho, I'd rather get a GT3 instead! Just for the limited edition badge and MT… nice marketing Porsche!

I believe CJ's seen something and this means: "It won't look like that boys"
