Sports chrono does nothing

I personally did not order the auto dimmers.

Yes. Suggest you expand to include GT3 and RS as Porsche isn't letting many folks get access to R.

Question for those choosing GT Silver.

Which wheels - standard aluminium or platinum? Which shade is closest to GT Silver?

918 owners earned the right for first dibs, imho. Porche should be blamed for failure to provide more cars to those many non 918 buyers who want one.

Personally think the standard aluminium looks better. This will always be personal preference.

Think you are right Reza - a bit more understated which is one of the things I love about this car.

Another question for those with experience of both. Which dashboard trim is going to stand the test of time. Alcantara or the leather option?

Alcantara interior is so far not an option. Leather can be had as a no cost option.

On the local configuration site the leather upper dashboard trim is a $$ option. What is the default upper dashboard material?

All of the parts I was thinking of (in today's vernacular, reimagining) could be applicable to GT3 except the rear spoiler. Additionallly, I assume that the GT3 has different spring rates but that should not present a problem. I would also have to check the anti roll bar diameter.

As to GT3 RS, the spoiler and the wheels would clearly be inapplicable as would be the spring rates. Additionally, I suspect that the length of the axles is different. Does anyone know about that length?

Finally, someome referred to these type of parts as jewelry. Yes, they look good but their purpose is to improve functionality and/or reduce weight.

Any non-VIP guys get an allocation yet? I'm #1 on the list at my dealer (who usually gets allocations), but I don't know if any will slip through VIP.

My dealer requested one for me back as early as August last year. Still no luck, I'm a non-VIP but frequent customer.
