Any rotor kits listed are made for a direct replacement or upgrade above OE spindle and under OE calipers, but keeping OE calipers means your choice is limited to OE or aftermarket that are more specialized in Porsche (ie Pagid).
If you purchase the complete brake kit (including RB calipers), or upgrade to RB calipers (later) then you choice on brake pads is widely open to more choice in compounds and suppliers.
Both RB caliper kit and caliper replacement are having a 15% discount until Dec. 2, 2019

Yes, rotors and pads are here, wonder if OEM PCCB pads would work?

What isn't so clear is the question are there XC-40 sintered pads for 991 GT3 application.
If you follow the brake guide it never shows any sintered pad for the CCMs on 991 GT3/RS cars but it is mentioned in the forum

Modified ZR1 front sintered pad for GT3 Front caliper:
Modified ZR1 front sintered pad for GT3 Rear caliper:
These modified pad have to compromise the wear sensor connections (although most track racers don't care those), and not very cost effective due to the additional waterjet cut process. Since not many Porsche track racers really pay attention to this availability so they are not being actively offered.

Great!! Thanks. It appears that adding the calipers is only approximately another $4500? Given the flexibility
with the new calipers it’s not worth NOT getting the whole thing changed.
Then we have a Porsche Australia rep saying CCB aren’t the best choice on track

Furthermore, if you buy these calipers and the 410/390 CCM disks separately, you save $2k off their 394/390 kit price

It's not a right or wrong choice between conventional Iron and new CCB; rather it's a choice which is more suitable for my need, this debate is endless in the past and will continue until more and more consumers gain a better understanding by doing their own research and experience themselves.
