Package# RCCB-POR-01

CCM Discs: Made by Brembo and supplied by GM for the CCM brakes as the latest Corvette C7 ZR1 & Camaro Z28

Front: 394x36mm
Rear: 390x32mm

Calipers: Designed and made by RacingBrake

Front: 6 pistons (Track duty)
Rear: 4 pistons (Track duty)

Brake Pads: Same as ZR1/Z28 (for CCM application):

Front: D1395
Rear: D1165
Three levels of compound available: RB XT910 for performance street, OE ZR1 pad for street and medium tracking, RB sintered pads for dedicated tracking.
Rotor Hats and Hardware:

Exclusively designed and tooled by RB for CCM rotor assembly to assure the rotor integrity with consistent brake torque delivery under extreme braking conditions, easy to assemble/disassemble.

Benefit of RB CCM Kit.
  • Affordable pricing to own.
  • Help you make a quick decision when ordering your GT3 - Just tell dealer thanks but "No pccb"
  • Transform your standard brake or existing pccb to the latest CCM set up as Corvette ZR1 and Camaro S28 for the flexibility of disc and pad swap.
  • Low replacement cost on consumables (discs and pads), you can just purchase from GM dealers or online stores (Amazon or eBay) direct for cheaper price with more compound choice from other aftermarket.
  • Kit is built for DIY installation - Including SS brake exclusively developed by RB that eliminates OE rigid lines, brake pads also come with wear sensor connector.
  • Easy on going maintenance - RB's open top calipers allow you to change the pad w/o having to detach the caliper. Brake fluid change and bleeding will also save you frustration on our flexible lines.
  • Receive professional advice and service from RB*, before and after your purchase including our stock on CCM discs and pads for emergency replacement.
*We have been building similar CCM brake kits for GT-R, Mercedes GT-S, Camaro ZL1, Corvette ZR1 (Upgrade light weight hats) and Audi R8/RS5 etc. Under development are Porsche's, Ferrari F430 Scud. and Viper G5.

It takes about 10 months all together to complete this development, the proto type fitment was confirmed earlier with production release in different stages.

Most of the components are already on shelf, so we are only a few weeks away before shipping the kit.

Pricing and web listing will be updated within a week or so, in the meantime please review this offer and fee free to address your question or concern.

Thank you.

Warren-RB

We offer both.

For this kit Brembo ZR1 discs are used for a more affordable pricing to own, and cheaper replacement cost to run.

We also have ST discs (in stock) that are fully compatible with ZR1 discs can be have as optional upgrade (Costing about 20% higher)

This kit allows Porsche owners to fully enjoy the advantage of the latest brake technology w/o the worry of "easy to break" and "highly expensive to replace" pccb scary experience.

I was on your site and didn't see a link for your pccb replacement rotors. Do you still have them on there? Don't need them now but if I was to start tracking I want something that cost a lot less then the factory pccb

Comparing ZR1 and ST discs for RCCB Kit:

ZR1 Front:

Comparing the Rotor Surface:

Comparing the Side (Front rotor) - ST on top

Comparing the Side (Rear rotor) - ZR1 on top

Some members inquired about the possibility disc upgrade to ST, and the answer is yes, as we have ST made to our specs which are the same exact mounting PCD and offset as ZR1 and they are in stock (as seen on pictures), so both ZR1 and ST discs are 100% interchangeable (can use the same hats)

We are also developing iron conversion rotor kits with the same exact dimensions as CCM rotors, so you can swap between your CCM and Iron anytime you like in case you don't want to keep CCM rotors on all the time.

ST discs are in stock. PM us for this upgrade option if you are interested.

We are developing a comparable (same rotor size as CCB - 394/390mm) iron rotor kits at a substantial lower cost than CCB kits which will be released soon!

Benefit of iron rotor kit:
  • Low initial buying cost
  • 100% compatible with RCCB rotors
  • Low replacement cost
  • Comparable ZR1 brake pads dedicated for iron rotors are available
  • Calipers are open on top for easy pad change w/o having to detach the calipers like OE
  • Kits are designed and built for hard core racing/tracking
