I haven't been driving my 2015 991.1 GTS manual in CWM very often. I have only put on approx. 1,500 miles total over the past two years and the car has approx 5,000 miles on it. I just got the four year service completed and decided that I likely will try to sell it. I believe the major options include: PDCC, Full Leather/Alcantera GTS interior, Glass Moonroof, LED's and Sport Chrono.
What do you think the going price for this car would be? I looked at some for sale cars and it looks like folks are asking mid-90's for cars with more miles and a PDK. Would it be a little more for the manual?

I was looking for a ‘15 or ‘16 gts with a manual and could not find what I was looking for so I bought a T. I would have paid about 96-101k depending on condition and history of the car. Last of the NA, gts and a manual. Awesome car!

I assume you have the original paperwork with a yearly service visit and a title on it? $100,000? Where is the car?
Yep. Annual oil changes and I think Brake Fluid changes for a few and then the 4 year / 40k a few months ago..
Porsche service does require a lot of service fees. The 4 Year service was very expensive with the second brake flush ($280), the air filter ($395), spark plugs ($525), cabin filter ($248--not kidding), the drive belt ($463), and the mandatory alignment ($325).

I do. I got this service completed by a reputable, local Porsche indy shop and had them save the filters and plugs to see how dirty the old ones were. On my checklist, I did not see any mention of a required alignment. The car drives great and wouldn't want anyone to touch it anyway.

The CPO until March, 2021 is a big thing. It's a great low mileage 991.1 GTS . The new 992 GTS will be $150K+.
I assume it is the 991.1 with the 426 Hp engine? I have to ask why you would want to sell this perfect car? I'd keep it.It is the last of the 3.4L N/A boxer engines with direct fuel injection.
You are right about the fact that there are not many manual 2015-2016 GTS’s. I looked for a low mileage manual 2015-2016 white GTS for 3 months. I probably would have purchased your car. I found a couple, but none with CPO warranty and low mileage. The closest was a white with red interior 2015, with 7,300 miles, but no warranty for $98,000. I would say $99,000. would get you a rather quick sale. Especially with several months of warranty left. By the way, I opted for a well optioned low mileage 2019 911 Carrera T!
I think it would sell in the 80’s. 2018 PDK’s are listed for $108k at dealerships in Houston. I’ve seen some 2016 PDK in the lower 90’s. Does the manual give a premium...maybe so but it will be a more specific buyer.

Thanks for all of the input. Given the end of the NA engine (with the powerkit) and the manual, it seems like it has held its value pretty good.
I haven't 100% decided to sell, but will likely make my final decision after Thanksgiving. At the range we are talking, I am leaning to putting it up for sale.
The reason I would sell is that I need the space in the garage and never drive it. I drive a few others daily here and stopped going to track days. Given the numbers built, I don't view it as a true collectible car for the long term.
I'm actually in the somewhat market for a manual GTS. I've been looking online and at local dealerships (LA).
With your low miles, you should get closer to $100+ for that build. I've seen used ones with upwards to 20,000 on the ODO, asking $80-90's.
I'm looking to get into a GTS next year though, but your car is exactly what I'd be looking for.
991.2 GTS cars are asking $108-115, so your .1 with 5,000 miles and all service done should get close to that range.
People should really be honest with themselves about Porsche Collectible cars. There are only a couple of collectible cars in their entire model range. The rest should be driven and enjoyed.
This is a 95-100k car all day. Beautiful example with all the right options. Should sell really fast.
But if it were my car, I would keep it and drive it. I don't think this is true collectible like maybe a speedster BUT it's HIGHLY desirable for the "driver crowd". People who actually want a car to drive and enjoy. The manual, Powerkit, wide body....I think it could become semi collectable to right people in 5+ years, but such a wonderful driver car.
