For less than 5k you can get a set of BC Forged wheels made custom for you car in whatever style or color you want. I have set and the quality to price ratio is awesome for a custom high quality forged wheel

I think I actually paid right around 4k for mine out the door.

I just ordered my second set of FInspeeds:
https://finspeed.com/wheels/
$5K might be a bit tight, depending on your sizes. Also, they aren't speedy with delivery. I was told 6-8 weeks when I ordered in early December. That's not a problem for me as I'm leaving the winter tires on the OEM wheels.
However, I think their quality is good, at least for me as a total amateur. I had a set of F5s on my '15 TT and am getting Spyders (in Satin Black, of course) for this car. In a few more weeks, I hope.

Look at Titan7 wheels. They don't have any variations (it's one set of offsets and color), but if you like it as-is, it's a great value for money.

I had black 19s. Looked gangster, but not my style...
HRE FF04 in liquid silver. Made a huge difference.

The HRE and Brixton Forged flow form lines also fits in your budget.

Was looking into Titan7s, unfortunately, they don't have wicked black on their wheels for 991's nor T-R10's only T-S5's to pick as options.

Go with a nice deep finish like brushed. I’m
biased.

Buy some used genuine Porsche wheels. Or refinish what you have.

I just had my stock rims powder coated to bronze. Cost me just over $300. Didn't feel like spending the $8k on new rims. I've been down that road too often. Shoot I still have my stock M2 rims sitting in storage! Traded it with the aftermarket rims I bought.

After I had my GTS for a while I decided I didn't care for the black wheels, so I had them Powder Coated Porsche Platinum Satin. Change the car completely.
