Default brake light switch

Can anyone tell me where the brake light switch is located on a 991.1?
Apparently my stop lights come on randomly when I am driving. I hope it is only a switch.

Thanks for the response John but I am only trying to find out where the brake light switch is located. I do not know if it is mechanical attached to the brake pedal or hydraulic located somewhere in the brake hydraulic circuit. There are no warnings and the stop lights all go on when the pedal is pushed. The problem is that the stop lights also go on randomly without the brake pedal being pushed. I figure it could be a faulty switch (or just an adjustment if mechanical and if I'm lucky) but I don't know where to look.
Does anyone know where I can find the switch?
Thanks
Neil

Top of the pedal. It snaps into a plastic socket and then gets pushed against the metal pedal arm. It is a proximity switch.
I am trying to find a vid showing duct remove so I can change my switch.
