My 2012 991.1 has 43,000 miles. Just did the PDK service because of time not mileage as the car is 10 years old. Cost was right around what others posted. Had it done at the dealer. More piece of mind than anything else I guess. I see no difference in performance as the car is street duty only.

I have a 2014 with only 6500 miles. Dealer said I should do it. Seams crazy with such low miles. I get its almost 9 yrs old but still.

A couple of questions related to 991 service. Mine has 66K miles on it and is a 13 S. Never had the PDK fluid or other service performed, in my ownership of 6 years. I doubt prior owner changed it either. Are you folks getting the fluid and the filter kit replaced? What should I expect to pay an Indy shop in the west coast?

The only data point I can offer is that I had my PDK flush performed at my local Porsche dealer back in May, it cost ~$550.

Pardon me for asking, and I am not judging, but merely curious - what possessed you to purchased a Porsche if you drive less than 1,000 miles a year?
I seem to recall that I drove 6,500 miles the first month....

Again, please don't take offense.

could be retired with little during only, I'm in that boat and have been driving P-cars for years - I just don't drive much now but why not in a car you're used to and love?
