Default Mechanic recommendations for Stuart/Port St. Lucie, Florida area?

Folks, I’m moving from SoCal to the Stuart area in a month or so. Looking for a well respected mechanic for my 911, 996, 997, and 991. A search is proving fruitless.

Suggestions?

You’re best bet is probably to go about 45 minutes south to KMW.

I recommend 9 Motion in Riviera Beach. https://www.9automotion.com 5.0 in google reviews

Probably a 40 minute drive

If you can get to KMW in 45 minutes you'd better average 90 all the way!

Brian at Above and Beyond has an excellent reputation: http://aboveandbeyondperformance.com

Fairly short drive from Stuart.

I second that. Brian is a great mechanic and super fair. He owns a 991.1 Turbo and is a certified Porsche mechanic.

For small stuff, I used European Car Performance Services at 3135 SE Salerno Rd, Stuart, FL 34997 when I lived in Stuart.

Good guys too.

There is also Stahl Motorsports in West Palm Beach. Danny Stahl runs a good shop and is also fair. 2100 Clare Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Danny's shop did the full clutch job on my 2011 997.2S. Delivered on time and done correctly.

I hope this helps.

Not normally on this board but a long time resident in Stuart and a multiple Porsche owner.

Have used all the above, all good. Should also consider Bill Rice Motorsports in Palm Beach Gardens which is a bit closer to you than the others mentioned.

When I raced I used 901Shop in Stuart and Orbit Racing in Riviera Beach, both beyond excellent but I haven’t used them in a few years.

Welcome to the area, I have heard good things about all of the shops mentioned. Maybe I will see you at the PCA Porsches and Pancakes in Stuart.

@scottryla more info on Porsches and Pancakes-I’m in Jupiter and have been looking for Porsche specific events in the area.

It's a PCA thing, September 4th at Three Little Birds in Stuart, there's also one at the jersey Diner in Tequesta. Both events start at 9AM.

Took a drive to the tequesta location-arrived shortly after 9am and there were only a few cars. Decided to head to Stuart (25 mins north) and there were a few more. Got there around 9:45 and didn’t want to head inside so I hung out in the lot for a bit and took some pics.

Another T!
