Default Anyone have a used Porsche emblem template they want to rent/sell?

Or does anyone want to go halfsies on the $225 kit from Suncoast?

Looking for a 991.1 template for the "Porsche" lettering and "911 Carrera S" but open to different variations if you have one.

You guys will also need the template holder for that insert.

So... $770 plus tax and shipping? I will be needing one too--going to have both my front and rear fascia refinished. Maybe if 4-5 of us go in together?

I would be willing to throw in $100 for a communal Rennlist template.

That's what I would pay to a shop to let me use their template. So I figure if we have a communal one floating around I am down to donate.

I was thinking of how to go about this without using the template holder.

Theoretically, can you just:
1) Remove only the Porsche emblem first
2) As a guide, fix the emblem template in place to the remaining trim emblems on the bottom ("911 Carrera S", "911 Carrera", "911", etc.)
2) Insert the new individual Porsche letters in the empty slot
3) Remove the bottom emblems
4) As a guide, fix the emblem template back in place to the Porsche emblem one you just applied
5) Insert the remaining trim emblems

Either way, I'd be happy to pitch in $ for a communal rental.

That solution won’t end up with factory spacing if your are going for Porsche lettering only.

Yea I just realized that now since Porsche only is center aligned horizontally. Also wouldn’t work if all emblems have been completely removed for a bumper respray, ceramic coating, or whatever.

Hey, that template looks familiar! Let's see how well traveled we can make it!

FYI - pirateship.com is great website for generating shipping labels at discounted prices.

I like this idea. Problem is the actual template holder and the inserts are separate depending on your model.
A communal one would require all templates to be purchased (around $1,200 for all 5) and travel around with the holder($545). Looks like around $1750 total for a complete template set.

May be a good investment...
There is always someone needing one.

I am wondering with some painters tape and tape measure could you just make the templates work without the holder?

Funny thing about those templates is they come in 2-3 packs. For different configs.
