VIN Analytics DeepView has breakdowns of limited cars like the Carrera T and GT2 RS. You might poke around there and see if you can infer some generalities. My guess is the 991 Carrera manual take in the USA is is a tad less than the 991.2 Carrera T (~2/3 manuals), though I suspect the manual take in Europe to be lower.

I did a collaboration with VIN Analytics to look at a sample of 991.1 GTS data. We found that ~47% of the cars in our sample had a MT.
You are asking about a broader set of models, but thought you might be interested in what I learned and the approach I took in case you wanted to replicate...

So in reality, I think the percentage is even lower, maybe 5% or less. My SA here in Europe has never changed a clutch for a 7MT 991 (yet) so it kinda tells you how rare these are.

I have a manual 991.1 gts so it's nice to hear the rarity.

I often search the CarGurus website for 991s for sale nationwide. It shows you the amount with manual transmission for sale vs the amount with automatic for sale and MTs are typically about 10-15% of the 991s for sale in my experience. It’s possible some of the MTs are PDK but in my experience that is pretty rare on that website. I also specify coupe body style and price below 150K so that may skew the results a bit. Just a data point to add to the mix.

Technically, all Porsche sports cars today have manual transmissions!
One has 2 pedals and 2 paddles and can shift in less than 50 ms and never overheats its liquid cooled clutches, They can last the life of the car.
The other manual is an ancient design, and has 3 pedals and shifts in about1 second, and will wear out clutches, which can also be burned when starting up on steep hills.
FYI, both Porsche transmission types can be "heel-and-toed".
Porsche engineers understood this, and turned the more modern one with its advantages into a huge racing advantage, beginning with the 917 race cars.
Got it?

This question comes up now and again. Porsche does not publish the data.
The consensus on this topic usually ends up in the 8% to 10% range but I would guess that is also trending downwards over time.
