Cleaning new tires

Cleaning new tires
I just put new tires on my car and they have an off white or grey film look to the sidewalls and I have tried cleaning them with various cleaners but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Pickup a good rubber cleaner (Adams sells a good one) and a stiff tire cleaning brush. It will take a couple of cleaning but clean each tire until the foaming remains white in color. Dress all four tires with a good topper, currently I am using VRP.

I went through this last year, and that stuff is hard to remove.
After trying several different cleaners the one that was far and away the best was good old WD40
It worked like a charm.

I went back to the installer, Digital Chassis in Durham, NC and looked at the replacement tires with the owner and they didn't look that much better. He gave me Wurth Rubber Care to try and clean them and it worked well enough that I am going to keep the original tires. He told me not to use an oil based product like WD40 on the tires and the Wurth product does not contain silicone.
BTW: The tires are dated 4023 so they are well within time recommendations.

Try using Adams All Purpose Cleaner with tire brush and coat the tires with Adams Graphene tire dressing, provides a deep black and not oily shiny appearance.
