There's a new one being built in Nanaimo, BC, too. Just broke ground. Interestingly it's being billed as a service and pre-owned facility only. New vehicles will continue to be delivered out of the Victoria BC dealership. Both are owned by the same group. Cuts my drive (or tow) down to an hour vice three, which is nice.

Checked the Township archive and discovered that a service center is being built with car sales facility possibly in the future
