305 Rear Tire Pics?
My Pzero's are starting to crack a little. Time for new tires. Does anyone have a decent picture of a 305 rear with a Michelin PS4 or a Bridgestone Potenza Sport?
I like how my Pzero's look on the rear with the fatter tread, it fits the rear fender just right. It looks like the Bridgestones have a .5" smaller tread width for their rears which may give it more of a stretched look. Looking for a visual reference.
Set of PS4's $1,955 vs set of Potenza Sports $632 (closeout sale). Huge price difference, but if the rears on the Bridgestones look stretched, it may not be worth it for me. Pics for current set up with stock Pzeros.

Thanks! The PS4's are the way to go in general. However I've been seeing great things about the Continental Extreme Sport 02's, which actually perform better. Anyone have a set of those?

I hate the Bridgestones on my RS3. They have 10k miles and they have feathering on the tread and are already more than half way to the tread bars. There aren’t a lot of options in the weird size the RS3 uses, so I’ll probably end up with PS4S. Personally, I wouldn’t swap to Bridgestones if you want a decent tire.

I care about it but it's not a top priority. If two tires are roughly equal in price and performance, I'll deliberately prefer the one that looks better.

I think i'm going with the Continentals against the Rennlist bible of PS4's. I don't track the car at all, just some spirited driving here and there to Cars & Coffee's and lone weekend fun runs. I actually like how they look on the car more too (for what its worth).

I just went back to Pirelli 305s from Michelin....I prefer the look of the Pirelli. Wish I'd gone 315.

What is the width of your wheel? 305 should give you the desired look at 11", but might look a bit stretched at 11.5" or 12". Also, Michelin tend to have flatter side wall, while Conti, for example, is rounder. Might make it look thicker.
Was debating same thing quite recently and decided to go with 315 PS4S for 12" wheel.

Pretty sure they are 11 ....HRE P101. New Pirelli has rounder sidewall than PS4s

really? My main motivation to switch from Michelins to Continental was due to several posts stating the latter's being much quieter in terms of road noise.

This 315 is a K spec Ferrari fitment, so even though its a 315 it looks stretched on a 12. I have 13mm extra poke built i to the new wheels.
NB. Mine is WB GTS.
315 on 12
255 on 9.5
A 255 Porsche N spec fits perfectly on a 9.5. Just like 992 GT3.
