Anyone have a customer "service" email address for PCNA? Perhaps if they received several hundred or thousand emails concerning this fiasco they might come to their senses.

Hellooooo, Lemon laws, the provisions of which were designed for this kind of customer horror story. I do think the Porsche dealer probably contributed to your electrical issues, recalling the history of your posts. Not that it matters -- you're still entitled to resolution.

Although you've been patient and reasonable, the videos don't seem to be "working." Insist on the protections of the Lemon Law and be done with it. Fighting PCNA in public shouldn't be necessary and may even be counterproductive. I wouldn't accept the current car -- it's haunted (and probably unsafe).

I read the posts and watch the videos and can't help thinking there's a part of this story I'm missing. A one-cylinder Judge Judy would dispense of this in Lemon law arbitrations post-haste.

I'm another one who has saved for years, always thinking a new 911 will be worth the sacrifice. Nothing put a dent in that, until now. This is the worst I have ever heard of anyone buying any product ever being treated anywhere. Porsche, are you listening???

But these are just guys from the Porsche Zentrum dealer in Zuffenhausen? Why would it be an issue for them?

Sent the following to PCNA Contact

Dear Mr.

I have been following the ownership experience of a fellow Porsche owner, Nick Murray and quite frankly I think Porsche Cars North America have failed miserably in resolving the challenges Mr. Murray has experienced with his 911.

You may ask yourself why I am writing this e-mail? It's rather simple, this could be my experience or another porsche owning friends experience and to honest I would be outraged and disgusted if my experience were that of Nicks.

The fact hat Porsche are attempting to convince Nick to agree to hold onto a vehicle which is clearly not of suitable quality and could be potentially dangerous, given his most recent experience, I find this to be reckless at the very least and criminal at worst.

I would highly recommend that PCNA takes note of what Nick is saying as there are an awful lot of Porsche owners out here following this situation very carefully. While I can't speak for others I can say without any doubt that if PCNA don't fully resolve this issue in a manner that I would deem to be acceptable then I will never buy a Porsche product ever again knowing that the brand will not step up to the plate when they sell lemons.

Yours Sincerely

What a coincidence that our contact at PCNA is conveniently "out of the office" for a week. Imagine that.

WTF! This fiasco just doesn't end, so ridiculous!
Nick, you're one funny bastard, lol.
I feel for you--what a nightmare this is for you.
PCNA should be ashamed of themselves.
I have zero confidence in them after following your situation.
Do you know if anyone at Porsche knows of your videos?

I feel like we should put together a p-car dinner/roast for you up here in NE
I want to buy you a bottle of your favorite booze, you earned it, jeez!
