Brett Strikes Again - and I'm a Happy Camper!
A few of you know that we "lost" our 2012.5 C2s cab due to a mishap on the way to Rennsport. Although it took more than a little work on our part (with some excellent help from local PCA members), Allstate provided a total valuation that was spot on and fair. And now Brett Payne helped us move into a "new to us" 2014 C4s cab that is very well equipped, ticks *every* one of my boxes, and was another fair deal (well - at least I think so Brett!).
I'm a sucker for deviated stitching and carbon fiber. Here's a few photos to keep it real. Delivery won't happen for a couple weeks - we're on the east coast for another 5 days.
For anyone with reservations about buying remotely - guys like Brett should remove any anxiety or trepidation. He was open, straightforward, and willing to listen. We'll finish the transaction without ever meeting - a situation we'll remedy the next time Patti and I travel to LA to visit our kids.
I'll change my avatar once we have delivery. (NOTE - I'm posting Sonnen photos with Brett's permission)

fantastic loking car. i only deal by email these days, and even though i bought my 2016 C4 locally, it came from another dealer 300 miles away, and i never met my local sales manager until basically after the deal was done

Beautiful. Love the deviated stitching and the carbon fiber trim, which I have in my GTS, adds a really sporty element to the interior and it looks great. Enjoy it!

So as you can see by the change in my avatar the "new" C4s cab has now found its new home in the Seattle area. I expected some driving differences between this car and our 2012.5 C2s, but what I didn't expect to experience was how the two years of production experience and perhaps some undocumented "tweaking" of steering, brakes, ECU mapping, etc. have improved everything by at least some small measure.
Our C2s was a great car but this C4s is truly outstanding.
Oh - and one more shout out to Brett. We had a couple post-delivery issues come up which have been dealt with quickly, efficiently, and fairly. Almost like being in the same room.
That's it - back to trip planning for next year!
