Industrially, anti-seize compounds, plating, or dissimilar alloys are commonly used to prevent galling. Seems like the bare titanium and steel would be OK to use, using a bit of anti-sieze compound on just the threads.

The black finish comes off of the Porsche OE bolts and they look like crap.
I bought a set of those from world motorsports (a sponsor on 6speed) and they were fine, very nicely made. And I prefer stuff made in the USA.
These are great and $275 for a set. Various lengths for spacers or stock length. Shipped same day when I bought mine.
