Exhaust Valve Control Modules

I heard the Soul valve delete modules on my friend’s GT3 last weekend, and I’m sold! Have a set being installed at GMP here near Charlotte on Tuesday. Had Akrapovic slip on on the 992 C4S (which I loved for the sound), but IMO, the GT3 exhaust sounds great WHEN THE VALVES ARE OPEN. So I’m really excited about this solution.

i noticed that the exhaust , when the engine is just started (in summer as well) , is "more" open than when still in open mode but the engine is warm,
any reason and solution to keep that very initial engine start "openness"?

+1 On Install, heard it wasn't too difficult but videos always help. So the only downside to Soul's is it's ALWAYS open.. So with full exhaust i'm sure it will drone at cruising speed that will be unavoidable.

One cautionary tale...the torx bolts that hold the rear diffuser in place have loctite on them and I've stripped 2 or 3 of them on two different 992's now. Is there a trick to breaking those loose or something?!

^ Hope someone can answer that one. I don't wanna do that!

I'd double check that you're using the correct Torx bit (making sure to use the largest size that will fit). It should be very difficult to strip them with a well-fitting Torx bit.

Thanks. Confirmed the size and everything. Believe it or not, one of the bits (Dewalt) broke right in half and stuck in the bolt.

Has anyone with an otherwise stock 992 GT3 exhaust system experienced any drone when using valve deletes (valves always open) ?
I prefer the seamless sound of a valve-less system, but on my 991.2 GT3, disconnecting the valves introduced an unpleasant drone at certain RPM.
I realize that some of us are much more sensitive to exhaust drone than others, thanks in advance for your first hand feedback.

The question is, why with or without a Cargraphic (even in always open On)
the car sound better when cold
and after a minute or so
seems another valve is closing ??
looks like there s another valve (before?) the center muffler valves (left and right) controlled by the Cargraphic
