Default Centerlock to 5-lug conversion 992 GT3

Looks like this German company has figured it out.

A lot easier to change wheels at track than the CLs. No paste, no possible 2nd person, etc. Surprised you even asked.

lol I know they aren’t cheap but I’m so glad to have one. No idea how much the conversion kit costs but I bet it and an extra set of wheels isn’t too far off the gun’s price.

Removal and installation is the easy part of the centerlock.
It's the freaking paste!

I love the way center locks look. I'm not immune to being seduced by some sexy wheels. But they are objectively worse in everything but looks. A five lug option makes a ton of sense.

TechArt has had a CL-to-5x130 conversion kit for quite some time already.

It's amazing how unpopular center lock wheels are. Really surprising. From how difficult it is to remove a wheel, etc. it just seemed like a cool and useful evolution to the next logical level.

The big centerlocks add weight, complexity & expense. Perhaps someone will tell me they're faster, but I have to think 18s or 19s are the way to go.

They're definitely cool looking tho.
