Well, I had a really nice experience with this company.
Just received 3 sets of GT3RS OEM paddles from him. Installed the first set on my 992 GT3 last week. Working great and an amazing upgrade.
All 3 were crazy well wrapped.
They were also clearly Porsche OEM -- with serial numbers. My installer (top aftermarket shop in DFW) said "Yep, these are OEM and went in just fine".
Sorry someone else's had scratches. None here. Perfection.

It may have taken a few more days but the package I received was well packed / bubble wrapped and all 3 sets of 3RS magnetic paddles were in perfect shape and definitely OEM.
Next up -- installation in a TTS and Macan GTS. The seller was clear that all cars with the newer style steering wheel will work. He directed me away from buying for an older gen car.
Good follow up. Great communication. No idea why OP had issues. None here.
