mine(Italy) seems has no dealy

Had scheduled CP8 the 9 February,instad reached it the 7th february.

Was shipped from Germany past yesterday and yesterday was at the italian delivery center.

Hope to finally see it at the dealer next week.

My GT3RS arrived to a port in California. Should I be clear of the chip issue or is that something that is installed at the port.

@IndyM Can't believe you wasted 1 of 350 ED slots for NA. Head shaker.

I am sure they will increase your warranty time. The Porsche Gods are punishing you for wasting that ED slot.

Just because you took delivery in Europe doesn't mean the car will slide through USA customs. Like everyone else, all cars go through domestic customs...

There is a good thread on this in the 992 section. It appears cars that affected are stuck at port pending repairs.

“Wasted”? Easy, Tiger! You don’t know the circumstances. Car production was delayed and our ED spot was pushed to the week before Thanksgiving. I was very excited to do ED, but unfortunately the timing made it so that we only had a few days to make the trip before we had to rush back to host Thanksgiving. And while we didn’t get to drive, the trip wasn’t wasted… incomplete, yes, but wasted, no. We had a great time and I can’t wait to do it again.

I deleted my post because I accidentally responded to/quoted the wrong prior response, so my response did not exactly make sense.

Finally! Got the email this morning saying my build is complete. ED on 3/7 here I go!

I got my final production photos from my build. My ED is 4/17. My car has been ahead of schedule the entire time...but I am very afraid of how long it will take to ship back to the US.

My car was expected to start production 2/18. No update in TYD. Could be nothing could be delayed.

That’s great news! Excellent that the car is done and you no longer have any uncertainty with your ED date.

What was your last “production complete” date in TYD before production was actually completed?

My build started a couple days early (1/22) and I got the picture from the paint shop. But it’s still not complete. New production complete date of 3/8, which is feeling a little bit close to ED date of 4/24. All fingers and toes are crossed.
