Default GT3 RS Tribute/Heritage $300K over......

I have done a lot of digging (too much) & have found that the GT3 RS is selling for ~ $600K/ ~ $300K over MSRP. With the minor minor changes/"extras" do you believe this price sustains to be so much higher than a non-heritage 3RS?

Thanks

Cool car but....it's a car designed to be beat up and exploited on a track. Not sure why any sane person would pay $300K over sticker for this IMHO

It's the same exact car as a regular RS except for some green colored wheels and decals. The market is around $100k over +/- so why light up another $200k on fire?

This is a numbered car of the 3RS lineage, it will command higher markups than the normal GT3RS's. I have a friend who turned down a 650k+ offer on his he got at MSRP because it would ruin his dealer relationship.

Yea the ones I have found are available at certain dates in the next month or so, so that they don't get in trouble or whatever. Right, being /150 will help them. Hoping in a few years something gives hah. Thanks!!

Hah yea a thought for sure I have had. Guess we'll see what happens as more supply of 992 GT3 RS's come & as what appears to be lower prices on "mid" range Porsche's (just have seen a lot of discussion of this)

I had a major dealer try and pay me 125k for my PTS 3RS spec spot and I said no for the same reason.

You can find tributes for 200 over. I don’t think it’s worth it even at that price. I think over time that value gap will decrease but will always command a higher premium vs standard RS

So it's a numbered car without being numbered like the S/T, yeah ok. Dumb just dumb. The only ones looking to buy the car at $200k and more over MSRP are collectors who actually think the heritage RSs will be some kind of collector car. You want to pay $600k+, go buy a 997 4L where are only 130 or so US cars. That's a true collector car.

It's not your allocation to sell, your dealer owns it and you don't take ownership of the car until you pay for the car.
