Well, is anyone is looking for any of these cars Porsche Greenwich has a few GT cars for sale.
GT3RS Sticker price $298,340 -> $71K in options!
GT3 Sticker price $228,840 -> $56K in options!
They also had an SC for sale, but I did not remember the price. I did not ask about the markup....

Are they an MSRP dealer? If not why post MSRP for an ADM stealer without listing the ADM?

I am just trying to be a messenger in case someone is trying to locate a car. Quite frankly, I am not aware of any Porsche dealers in CT that don't have an ADM.
Here is the window sticker for the RS.

So what?

Price isn't just how much you pay for something, it's about how much it costs you.

2018 GT3s are still at or over sticker and about the same price as 2018 720Ss that had double the GT3's msrp, carbon tub and all.

Not saying that anyone should pay over sticker, just that that is just about the worst example to say that something else is overpriced.

That said, there is clearly a big markup for the touring to get to $298K which happens to be the list price for the GT3RS. I am guessing the markup for the GT3RS is $100K+.

And don't forget the 750 will lose at least 30% after one year, whereas the GT3, well, to put it gently, will not.

Eh. Tough to get out the door for less than $375K. It’s really more a $400K car, with a decent optioned one running close to 450.

you’re not recouping adm on your gt3 either, though, so most folks will take a solid 20+% depreciation on their new gt3 if they didn’t get an msrp allocation. And used prices would bake that depreciation into both. The gt3 is likely to do better, but not hugely so.

It’s Greenwich FFS. I can’t believe people are confused.
