With newer models, Ferrari and Lambo have gone in different directions.

Ferrari is more performance oriented and kinda becoming more similar to McLaren. You get speed with the turbocharged engine but you lose the drama.

Lambo is keeping the drama but perhaps won’t perform quite as well as Ferrari.

So do you want performance or drama?

100% Agree…
I am leaning towards Porsche GT3 for performance/precision. Then Lamborghini just for plain fun….

He was super to meet and a real gentleman. Kudos to Ferrari Austin for arranging this special moment during USGP week.

Ferrari customer experience is next level vs. Porsche. I'm not a top tier Ferrari customer (4 purchases) by any means but within the last 2 years they have:

1) Provided a complimentary day-long VIP experience at Maranello factory
2) Hooked me up at Pebble Beach Concours Ferrari hospitality
3) Hosted everal driving events, including COTA
4) Arranged LeClerc private meet & greet with signing

All while purchasing at MSRP.

Sure, if you are trying to make sure your mechanic gets to enjoy it more than you do.

I got my McLaren a year ago and have put about 2500 miles on it. Haven't had any issues. The car is solid, reliable, and exhilarating.

I like it. I prefer drama over performance (if I have to choose between the two).

After all, if you really want to win a race, just get an Plaid or something. If you want to put a smile on your face, get a car with a NA V10 or V12 that revs up to nearly 9000 RPM
