Black or Red?

I had a 2018 Carmine Red Turbo.
It looked amazing in the Config - When I say it in person I was disappointed and underwhelmed.
Guards is too Tomatoish.
I acutally am not crazy about any of the stock colours so I'm going black

I don't know if this color combo is nuts or not, but I'm leaning towards a Turbo S Cabriolet in Black with graphite blue leather and a blue top.

Carmine Red. Had a 2013 Carrera S in guards - very nice, but then went with Carmine in 2015 GTS and 2019 Turbo - much better. Guards is a little too orange at times - especially at night in some lighting.
I like you always had black cars before - and swore I would never change. After seeing a Carmine Red Panamera GTS I knew that was the color to order next. It's also way easier to keep clean, and less hot.
An so what if it's an "in your face" color - you're buying a 911 Turbo S - it's supposed to be. Who cares what anyone else thinks.
Now that I have had two Carmine Red cars - my next one will be Chalk or Python Green - lifes too short for one color :-)

I prefer red, but I always have so for me
its like black to you. My previous 911 was a guards 991.2 turbo with the black aerokit. It was a stunning combination IMO and it received a lot of complements.
Currently I have a black 997 (basalt) and I like it quite well. It definitely gives the car a different feel and I didn’t expect that. Both look great honestly. Black is better if you want a stealthy car, and red feels more outgoing and playful. If it matters to you, people also notice the red a lot more.

After looking at the two of them side by side my decision was easy. I chose Guards Red which Porsche has tweaked slightly to make it even more stunning. It isn't the Guards
Red of old which I thought had a little too much orange contrast coming out of it. But again it's your car. Your must decide because your the one driving it. Cheers!!

Have to go with Black. Red is for Corvettes, Black is for Porsche's. My old 356 not-with-standing.

As a Guards Red owner.... go with Carmine! Don't get me wrong, I love Guards Red, but Carmine is well worth the premium.
That said if I had the option to spec a new one I'd probably go with Black Metallic on a 911. Just too classic.
