Thanks for responding back. I placed a deposit on a TTS with Paul Miller in early August at MSRP. Got my allocation Dec.30 and my order was submitted to Porsche the next day. Surprisingly they honored the MSRP agreement, although I was told a couple of months ago that I was lucky I placed a deposit when I did since shortly after they now have a $20K ADM for new TTS orders.

In the last 10 years or so I've bought half a dozen new Porsche road cars (including 2 TTS's) and 4 or 5 Cup cars. I was on the grid at Le Mans (driving a Porsche RSR) when the GT2RS was announced and couldn't even get one (even though the Germans told me it wouldn't be a problem!). I've spent the last year trying to get a new TTS and haven't had any luck. I'm also too lazy to cold call dealers around the country where I don't know anyone, so that's probably part of the problem. But, even where I know people at dealerships, I haven't had any luck.

First world problems. /shrug

Men with hairy arms, gold bracelets, and wives 20 years their junior are the only ones given allocations at MSRP, or so I've been told.

Do you wear gold bracelets? Bonus points if you have a power boat and can't see your feet in the shower.

My first and ONLY wife is 24 years younger than me, but I only bring her for the really expensive car deals

that’s what’s odd is I got my msrp tts from them with no history at any of their dealers and never had a Porsche. Guess that’s why everyone has their own experience at a place

Subscribed.......I'm a prior 911 turbo owner, have a dealership right down the street, and been 3rd on the list for a TTS coupe, with no updates for 8 months.
