Turbo S Allocation??

Turbo S Allocation??
It even worth calling around to see if I can get an allocation at msrp without actually being previous owner or even a client of any of these dealerships? The few I've called in my local area where both my houses are have pretty much said it's a year out plus a list of people in front of me so I figured before I start my nationwide search I would see if anyone here had any luck recently.

Yea I kind of figured that even before I called around locally but thought I ask here just to make sure. Might just pull the trigger on one the 991.2 I've been watching.

I’m sure you’ve thought about it but something will most likely need to give: time or money… I’m sure you will be able to find some near term allocations if you call across the country but most likely with a decent ADM. On the flip side - I’m also sure you can get on lists with dealers that do not charge ADM but rightfully so their lists are long and you will wait quite a long time. The unicorn is obviously the near-term MSRP allocation but unless the market / world changes drastically it will probably remain a unicorn. If you have the time to make the calls though I would keep hunting and see how close to that unicorn you can get. Happy hunting!

There was one that showed up on Cars.com that seemed to be msrp. I didnt call, becasue I assumed it was automation that did it, but no other 2022 Turbo S's showed up in that state, so there's an ever so slight chance, it was real? It had 78 views over the weekend, I imagine if it was real, someone called and snagged, but if not, go for it! My filter was set on 'blue' yet it showed an image for a red one. I was only searching to keep an eye on the market .

The lowest price for a TTS i've recently heard of was $35K over. At that price point there are allocations available. (or you'll move to the head of the line)

To give you some hope, I got a Turbo S allocation at MSRP early Jan. No porsche history and never purchased from that dealer. Dealer right by my house, was on GT3 wait list but was sort of impatient, called to see if any turbo allocations earlier and they had Turbo S available. They would have had ADM about 20 on the GT3 from what they told me but it can happen if you get lucky I guess. Freeze date in this week and delivery end of April supposedly

yes in NJ. In all fairness that was their adm in august last year when I got on the list. Not even sure they’ve had an allocation come around since then either. I’ve seen others in here say they found TTS at MSRP as well recently. They exist although rare.

Drdimes....is your NJ dealer Paul Miller?

Buy four new Porsche cars and trade in three cars (two low milage Porsches) from the same dealership and sales associate in under four years and ADM gos away.
