Prices seem to be creeping down slightly on some of the basic optioned TTS in Canada.

There is a TON of GT3s for sale, pages of them.

Because maybe some only moderately - heeled people got spooked about the economy. Hell I got called back in June 2022 about a new TTS sitting around (when demand was sky high), only because I was on a list for a GT3 and they knew there's no way they would get 5 allocations for those. My name was on a list, and I got a car, albeit a TTS.

Now they also probably still have people on a list and they still don't have enough allocations.

I think paying big ADM right now is a fools errand. Thats just me. Please by all means, do as you like with your money. I went from being no one, (hadnt bought a new porsche EVER, and last used porsche I bought was 25 years ago), to getting a 2022 Turbo S allocation in 2021, with delivery in 3/2022, to a 2023 GT3 allocation in 1/23 with delivery in 4/23. I am NOT saying this is the norm, far from it. But I also AM saying, I am not special. Sure some of it was 'luck' but a very good portion of it was my calling around, figuring out what dealerships were MSRP only dealerships and how to build relationship with one of them. (actually 2 of them, but I burned one bridge by backing out of a verbal deal we had because I didnt need 2 2022 Turbo Ss).

Good luck to everyone, Turbo S's are incredible cars.. Performance wise, I have to say its top on my list (minus those horrible slow starts unless you launch control it), and its daily drivability was/is incredible. (I did 5900 miles in 8 months). My GT3 will out handle it, but will likely feel pedestrian when it comes to nailing the gas on the street.

I just received my allocation for a 2024 TTS. Paid MSRP. But I have refused to pay a penny over for the past 2 years I have been waiting. Had many offers from 5K over to 50K over. Insane.

Congrats! So September deliveries are 2024 models? You know when 2023 officially ends?

I'm not sure. The dealer told me I was their first 2024 TTS order. Also, in looking at the Porsche online time frames, the indication is the vehicle should be at the dealer around middle of August. However, delays can and most likely will, happen. I'll see.

So I guess the 2024 TTS will not be the 992.2? Given the recent price increases, one has to wonder if it would have been better off taking the allocation with the $5K ADM?

Pages of them @ big $ over MSRP. Wholesale I saw one run @ $285k CAD (no sale) Holding hard on the dream. I did my config on a 2023 with Lux tax and it was $347k vs. $295k locked no lux owed (due to order in 2021) early Jan. We'll see if I get hit with a price increase once its in Canada.

i received a very interesting call this morning from a local dealer i left my info with a while ago. he has a landed Turbo Coupe (not Turbo S)...client backed out order, he says. they're selling at MSRP with no stipulations, and it's a nice spec (i thought it'd be a weird spec). even more weird is that they're in socal, the ADM capital of the world. anyways, it's not something i'm interested in (i'm waiting for 4RS), but if someone really wants it lmk. nothing in it for me. it's a my23 so it avoids the crazy price increase too. it's been quite the eventful week! it might even be sold by now lol

Default Prices

The MSRP difference between a’22 vs a ‘24 is over $25k for the exact same car. Might not be ADM but it is $$. That $5k ADM looks good now plus 2 years driving time.

Should sell quickly if they put it on the showroom floor.
