Most recent sales in BAT have been at msrp give or take a few grand on newer cars with less miles. I have seen many dealers knock off $10-15k in online listings. I think the market right now is at $15k over for mint like new (1,000 mile range or less). You should shoot for $5k over but be ready to accept msrp as things can get from bad to worse in economy in the next few months.
I have been looking into this market myself as I have a Turbo S as well. I have done the homework (and this takes a lot of time) here and just sharing it with the forum. Dont let a few outlier auctions in BAT for unique configs mislead you into the market conditions being different.
I’d email around and get a few appraisals. Usually the dealer profit is around $20k on these cars (although they’ll list it for another $10-15k on top of that to see anyone bites). So add that to the number they give you. I’m guessing they’ll give you $215-220k for the car. If it was my car, I’d sell it for $5k over. The inventory on these cars keep increasing for various reasons. This week alone more than 5 new listings showed up with only a few hundred miles.

A few real data points : 2022 with 3,000 miles that had CPO and recently had $2,000 worth of maintenance done by a dealer sold for $7,000 over. CPO cost to PCNA is $4,000 so if you subtract that and the maintenance, it sold for msrp. Another car with less than 800 miles sold for $9,000 over msrp. I got two dealers lower their prices - one was asking $27,000 over is now asking $12,000 over. That car has less than 2,000 miles.

I just heard there is going to be yet another wave of new allocations coming out. No idea whats going on. Maybe Porsche now has excess 992.1 parts that they bought at a premium and need to use before 992.2 comes out? There has been twice as many allocation cycles since new year this year vs last year and this doesnt account for extra allocations that I heard about. Also everything that was on constraint now suddenly is available. Maybe this is why the prices were increased early. They must have paid a premium for some of these parts.
