Default 992 is not a real 911

It's too big, like a bloated pig and stuff. Just kidding it looks awesome. I can just see lots of the other owners doing what they do soon trying to knock the 992. The 911 is dead, long live the 911!!!!

I’m looking forward to it. The 991 was kind of a let down for a old man like me. I miss my old 997 so I hope the 992 is closer to it than the 991.

Not too shabby a garage. What's the white vehicle to the right of the 458?

Not my garage....just a meme I saw on social media. LOL. My garage is 87 years old and full of cracks in the concrete floor (it does have 2 Porsches in it though)

But...what are those track templates that are on display on the far wall? Which tracks? It's not the Ring, Spa, Monaco or Sebring. The one on the right looks a bit like Silverstone but not quite.

The right one is Laguna. Not sure of the one on the left.

Remember, the tracks are backwards too. Either that or he had the dyslexic body shop guy remount his GT3 badge after a minor rear-ender.

the 991 was bigger than the 997, but it is a good car. Very impressive.

The 992 will be even bigger to make room for hybrid stuff. But it will still make for a good GT car and great daily driver.

I kinda stopped buying new porsches after the 997.
I started buying old air cooled because they are small, simple and fun to drive at the limit without being at lose your license speeds.

My next porsche will most likely be an electric.... and if it is lame, i will be in a 992 turbo. Turbos always make exciting daily drivers no matter what generation you buy.
