Violet Ace is the next ship that will be making the trip to Baltimore in a couple of weeks. Amethyst Ace is already well on its way to Baltimore.
I agree - there must be one hell of a backlog at Emden since they're adding ships, and according to the PWL schedule, even the Violet Ace is showing to have Baltimore as the one and only destination from Emden. "It has one job"
I am using VESSEL TRACKER and curious what feature it has that shows departures of ships several weeks out, i.e. how did you learn that the Violet Ace is the next ship making the Baltimore trip in a few weeks. My car is at the port already so hopefully it will make it on that ship. Thank you.

Due in Baltimore on March 28th, but not sure yet where the final delivery will be (Houston or Jacksonville). I've been told my car was not impacted by the prohibited chip.
Delivery date is supposedly scheduled for my Birthday - April 12. For those with past experience, will my birthday present arrive on time???
Hey guys my 911 GTS just "left the german port" to San Diego today. My TYD says it left today, 3/21/24 but as I remember there were no ships heading to San Diego around this time. Anyone know whats going on and maybe can help me know what ship my car is on so that I can track it please.
Anyone have the week 13 shipping schedule if its out, and if my YTD says my car left the port today but there are no ships heading towards San Diego anytime soon, does that mean my car left the german port around last week with the last ship heading towards San Diego?
My SA still tells me he doesn't even have a ship. I am out of Atlanta so I am guess Jacksonville. I guess next ship will be sometime next month.
Are you able to track your vehicle in any way? Because of the European delivery, I am unable to track it and SA is not much of help either.

I got that email too....the next SD bound ship, Jiuyang Blossom, isn't scheduled to arrive in Emden until early tomorrow morning and will leave on Sunday afternoon. I doubt we are actually on a ship and TYD proactively sent us an early email.
Based on my TYD dates I expect to be on Blossom, but I haven't received any updates yet. Car arrived in Emden on the 11th. Per TYD is due to arrive @ Benicia Apr 25.
You can try this and see if you can figure out what boat you are on.

It is possible to identify what boat you're on with a bit of web browser knowledge. Assuming you're using Chrome on a PC, do this:
Go to the TYD website.
Press the F12 key
Click on the Network tab (you may have to click on a ">>" symbol to see the Network tab if it is not immediately visible.
In the box to filter the requests type "api.porsche" (with no quotes)
Refresh the page
You should see a number of requests in the list but you want the one that has the name "USMFXXXXX" where FXXXXX is your commission number and the type is hr (NOT the one that says preflight). Select that one.
After selecting that one, click on the response tab. You will see a whole bunch of textual (JSON) details about your car.
In those details you will see something like this:” ident":"|MO_9283875"
In a new browser tab, enter the url "https://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/details/9283875". But replace the numbers (only the numbers) with the numbers in your data.
That is the ship you're on. Note that anyone can do this and see more data than what the UI shows. You won't get boat data until your car is on a boat obviously

Strangely that doesn’t work for me. My suspicion is that it’s because TYD hasn’t updated my status code yet. It’s still V300 when I inspect the web page and as a result there isn’t even a ship listed in the API response even though I got my email/push notification that my car was shipped a week ago. But given I got my email just a few hours after Amethyst Ace left port I’m pretty certain it’s on that ship

Are Colorado bound cars usually routed through the San Diego VPC or Freeport VPC? I thought it was through San Diego.
