Mine evidently is loaded and on its way, so says my message from Porsche and TYD.. I feel pretty lucky, just arrived at Emden 3 days ago and is on the boat over. (Knowing the long delays some have had with the chip issue, etc.)
Confirmed by dealer and PCNA my car, sitting in Emden since 3/22, but finished production Dec14, is still sitting in Emden and has been pushed back to 4/19 vessel now (from 4/5). Have no faith 4/19 will hold - car was supposed to be here last October. Pitiful really, am considering walking away. Just expected much better, and more transparency. I think this most recent delay marks my 22nd delay since commission.

Update from MaerskDear customer,
To facilitate our operations; reduce port congestion; and best serve our customers, please note:
Other notes
To facilitate our operations; reduce port congestion; and best serve our customers, please note:
- We ask customers who intend to make their own arrangements for their Baltimore cargo to notify their Maersk representative so that we can update our systems and operational plans.
- We also ask that customers with import cargo originally destined for Newark and/or Norfolk that is currently sitting in terminal to arrange to pick up your containers as soon as possible to assist with increased flows of containers.
- Access links to all North American terminals where you can find the latest updates and hours per terminal on Maersk.com here.
Other notes
- The Baltimore Captain of the Port has announced two temporary alternate channels for “commercially essential vessels” in the Port of Baltimore. Please note these alternate channels are not deep enough to accommodate the oceangoing container vessels that Maersk and other carriers use to call upon Baltimore and other USEC ports.
- All acceptance of new Maersk SPOT ocean bookings to and from Baltimore remain suspended temporarily.
- We currently cannot accept any loaded containers in Baltimore, but the terminal can accept empty returns and are releasing empties for export shipments.
- Please visit this page on Maersk.com for our service updates related to Baltimore.

This morning TYD updated for me with dates and showed going on ship on the 9th. I got an email that says came 2 hours ago stating I have left Emden. The app also reflects that though the dates have not updated. Anyone know what ship just left? Was it Violet Ace or did another also leave?

You’re welcome! Not sure which stage you’re in but take what TYD says with a grain of salt once your car is on a ship. My TYD says my car will arrive at the local port (in my case Freeport TX) on April 5th. But according to Vessel Finder, the next stop for Amethyst Ace is Tuxpan, MX and set to arrive April 8th.

Yeah, it’s odd - TYD still shows the ship landing in TX on April 5th. I read somewhere on this forum that the MX stop is to drop off VWs, but I just assumed Amethyst Ace would make that stop after TX.
