”Bespoke Logo on Center Console Lid” $670.00 USD. If I had to do it all over again, I would not order it as I hardly ever notice it. Total waste of money. lol
A couple of other options that I would now forgo as well would be the extended range fuel tank as I will never travel long distances in my T and the dash cam prep as I will never have the cameras installed. I am 50/50 on the omission of the power folding mirrors. I currently have them, but I would not be upset about having to go without them. They are simply not needed in any situation for me. Edit: Without those options I would have knocked off $1400 from my build.

As a 997.2 owner as well I can live without all the fluff in my 911s. I have been a licensed driver for nearly 40 years and I have made it this long without this technology so I do not see any reason to get it now. Maybe in another 10-15+ years?
Edit: Note that the power folding mirrors are available as a standalone option as well at $370. This is what I have spec’d.

Does anybody actually use the bottom portion of the smoke pkg as a cup holder? For me it seemed like my Porsche mug and other cups kept popping up, the clips not doing the job keeping the cups down and stable, rather popping up and out not staying securely into the bottom. Went to the open tray holder and wallah my DD medium coffee fits and stays in perfectly.

Given that is my photo I will make an immediate comment. Lol FYI, that is not part of the “smoking package.” The smoking package is the ashtray/cup and that is it. The cup holder can be easily swapped out for the included cubby which will rectify the useless cup holder. I keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer and a garage door opener in my cup holder.
Edit: The below is the “Smoking Package” in a 992. Previously, the smoking package included an additional 12V cigarette adapter (2 total). FYI, this ashtray/cup is $74.00 from SunCoast.

I did the crest in the armrest, only half as much as the bespoke so not a big deal and looks good when you get in. I don't get the dislike for the larger tank, it's $230 on a $130k car and it is convenient. Yet lots of people pay $160 for a silver-pained plastic gas cap that you almost never see. I did neither SV or LCA. I hate LCA in general. I'm with TUD, been driving for 35 years and made it this far without them.

That’s right… Until it is federally mandated manufacturers will keep charging for it. I had a 2017 X5 that I ordered new and I had to pay $500 for a back up camera. The following model year, 2018, it was federally mandated.

I disagree. I find most LCA type tech distracting and turn it off in my other cars. I have my mirrors adjusted properly and use them. Of course we know that can't be said for all drivers.
SV and reverse cameras are nice but are only used very situationally (reversing/parking). And have you ever had a dirty camera lens so you can't make out anything on the screen? Two options here. 1 - get out and wipe it off, or 2 - turn your head/shoulders to actually look behind you like we were all taught.

Surround view in tight underground dim lit parking lots keeps my babies hips and rims beautiful. If you live in the county, not so much?
