Not sure but I think #3 means to visually check the front radiators (coolant and AC heat exchangers) and the intercooler air heat exchangers (charge-air) and intakes under the rear wing area for debris, leaves, cigarette butts, dead frogs, birds, plastic grocery bags, etc. I think most of us do that with our front radiators whenever we wash our cars. Intercooler more difficult to get to. You can see the intercoolers in detansinn’s profile pic.

Its also free on Porsche's dime so yeah take it in. I think they give you like 30 days and a few thousand miles grace period before they will make you pay for it.

Interesting that oil lasts 10K miles in some places and 20K in others.
Good to know that your horn is "tested" and seat belt condition is "inspected".

The courtesy service is offered by Porsche not the dealer so any issues need to be addressed to PNA and let them deal with the dealer. As to extensions, given I picked my 992 in late March it's way too early to do a 700 mile round trip to a dealer. I contacted PNA and they gave me the following grace period. (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS IN WRITING):

Dear Mr. *********

It was a pleasure speaking to you earlier today in regards to the extension of the events day for your complimentary maintenance service. Following your request, kindly be informed that there is a six months grace period that starts after the event’s due date. As long as the vehicle’s mileage does not go past 15,000miles, you are able to wait until summer to get the service done.

If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly on 1-800-PORSCHE or reply directly to this email.

Mr ***********, hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Kind regards,

******************

So if there's some reason you can't make it by the specified period there is a leeway. Personally, if I didn't have a rattle and recall I wouldn't bother - I can test my own horn.

It must be stressed that this is a PORSCHE POLICY not a dealer one. If there's any issue such as inability to be able to perform this service within normal parameters, CONTACT PORSCHE NA in a timely manner, (not the dealer) and as I did, get it in writing. Then make arrangements with the dealer. Any issue with it refer them back to PNA and contact PNA and let them sort it out. It's not up to you to waste your time on this.

No issues with RAS it drives fine. We just had a disastrous storm over Xmas with rain, snow and 40mph winds which precluded driving it during those periods. But other than that fine (I do miss my studded Nokian though...).

Have a weekend!

I purchased my used 2020 992 CPO from a Porsche dealer and there was no paper manual or other leaflets given with the vehicle.

I've found what goes for a "owners manual" online in these forums.

But I have not found the "maintenance schedule" as @achilleas101 kindly posted partially above.

As I could not find it anywhere online, would someone kindly post pics of the pages w/ the maintenance interval schedules? I'm as interested in the full list of recommended services as I am in the interval.

Many Thanks!!

Just do a Google search next time...

Engine Oil Every 10,000 miles or or 1 year

Spark Plugs Every 30,000 miles or every 3 years

Pollen Filter and Air Filter Every 40,000 miles or every 4 years

Coolant Every 20,000 miles or 2 years

Brake Fluid Every 20,000 miles or 2 years

We always do the cabin every year in all our cars being in GA with the tree pollen in spring. About $20 each and 15 minutes is all it takes, although some make/models make if harder so youtube is your friend.

Same here as I live on a 3 mile gravel road. That's just what the factory puts out - like I don't change oil every 10k miles either. Always use common sense.

it is in the owners manual. follow that and you will be a happy owner!

the only change i make is the oil change internals. i don't get this 10k miles between oil changes. my 992 just had its second oil change and i have just under 6K miles on mine and i do daily drive it. i plan to do oil change every 4-5K miles depending on how hard i drive it, etc. i just simply cannot wait 10K miles to change the oil.

my dealer is great and takes great care of my car. oil and filter changes are $325 and its good to have them check out the car every 5-6 months.

Along with receipts, I plan to document my 20K and later maintenance using the Porsche 911 Carrera /S (992) 2020+ Inspection Sheet and Oil Maintenance sheet I found on NHTSA's website. There is another for 2022+ and for the turbo.

For those doing their own work, documenting purchases of parts are a must. It doesn't prove you did but neither does a receipt from a dealer prove the oil in there is what is claimed or the work done. At the end of the day it's the trust you have in the person(s) having worked on the vehicle. For everything else there's MC

If you're going to DIY, take a look at the Carfax app. It has a great maintenance tracker that allows you to add photos and receipts and automatically pulls in dealer service to the record. The big advantage to using Carfax vs other trackers is that it also updates the Carfax report for DIY maintenance.
