Yes, it's just a 911.
You don't need a Hagerty or Grundy policy.

If Erie insures where you live, very reasonable.

Porsche Auto Insurance
Depending on your state, get a quote from PorscheAutoInsurance.com, 800-400-4128. They do Agreed Value, Porsche Genuine Parts, Concierge Claims, etc. Currently in CA, TX, OH, GA, IL, TN, PA, AZ and OR. Full disclosure: I work there. Congrats on an amazing car!

PorscheAutoInsurance.com is the way to go if available in your area. Much better coverage than most other companies and great rates with no restrictions.

Any plans for them to expand into some of the biggest US markets for Porsche, i.e. NY metro, FL?

For 911's I opt for new car replacement insurance. So if god forbid it gets totalled, I get the full paid value of the car without depreciation.

Be warned, my insurance carrier before my 911 wouldn't cover it. They (Progressive) list in various fine print locations that their max vehicle covered is $150,000. With an MSRP above that, which I'm sure many S and GTS specs are, I'd worry about what would happen if it were totaled. I know at least one other major carrier had this $150k max, maybe nationwide or allstate? Anyways, something to double check on.
I worked with a broker to switch over everything when my car arrived -- car, motorcycle, home, plus an umbrella -- to the best deal he could find with an agreed value policy for MSRP. Sometimes I worry that's too low. Got a nice deal though, cheaper than my previous Progressive policies even after adding the umbrella, but I think they screwed up covering the GTS for the price they did and I'll end up having to switch next year when they realize their mistake and double the rate .

How do you account for that?
