Found my unicorn 992 C2S
Hey All,
First real introduction here on RL. I have been lurking over on the 718 GT4 section for around 20 months or so. Long story short I had (2) Deposits down at MSRP, both for close to 18-20 months with no luck. With all the talk of production ending in a few months I figured it was time to look on the CPO market. Fast forward to a few weeks ago I go to one of my local dealers and they had a PDK GT4 (21') going through CPO and a one 20' 992 C2S PDK. I got to experience both cars.. any boy am I glad I did. First of the GT4, sat down and it reminded me of my 2014 Cayman S (interior wise), not much has changed. Motor is amazing and yes no doubt a great track focused car. Took out a 992S and WOW, was sold in about 5 min. Everything about it is just so much more useable and the tech is actually current. (New tech for me is important) and just overall felt so much better for me. Few days later I found my perfect spec, never title 2.9k mile, Porsche executive driven 992 C2S. CPO until July 2028. Looking forward to the P community and overall huge car scene down here in Tampa, FL (just moved from CT in march). Car is in enclosed transport and headed to me! Pic to come when I have it!

Congratulations! I recently got a 992 C2S as well. Previous car was a 981 GT4. Your comments between the 2 cars are my exact feelings and reasons why I decided to let go of the GT4 and get into the 992 C2S. I've had mine for slightly over a month now and love the drive. I never had the opportunity to track the GT4, so it seemed a bit overkill for my use. I'm also in Tampa as well, so we'll have to meet up sometime!

Congratulations! I recently got a 992 C2S as well. Previous car was a 981 GT4. Your comments between the 2 cars are my exact feelings and reasons why I decided to let go of the GT4 and get into the 992 C2S. I've had mine for slightly over a month now and love the drive. Very cool, cudos to you… interestingly new 992 S have become an unobtanium in the UK, while in the US you can still get one.
