Super Clean MagSafe iPhone Charger...
In case people are looking for a clean MagSafe charger solution, this solution from NineVolt look like it was created by Porsche and installed at the factory... I'm probably the least handy person here and I was able to do it myself in about 5 minutes.
Nine-Volt 992 MagSafe Charger
I have a manual and it's the perfect height so it doesn't effect shifting arm.
I'm not affiliated with them, just a very happy customer.

Looks good but giving up the cup holder is tough. Also for the price, pretty disappointing you still have exposed wire. This should have a t-harness so you can plug in behind the scenes.

I assume maybe because there are plenty universal chargers available that fit there and connect to USB? And it puts the phone out of reach (many people including me don't like that....I know, I know... ).

Ultra slick install. Thanks for posting.
Wish I still owned my 1969 goldtop.

I installed one of these a few months ago. Losing the cupholder was no big deal with a 7MT since using that location as a cupholder isn't really practical anyway. A couple of days ago the entire "puck" stayed attached to my phone when I was getting out of the car. I was able to get the puck reattached to the piece in the console, but I feel like I might soon be finding out how good their warranty/customer service is.

I also have one of these and am very happy. Much better to have the phone out and visible versus in the center console. Just remember to slide the phone to the side versus lifting straight up, which will prevent the puck from coming loose.

That was my thought when it popped out still stuck to the phone...should have slid the phone off...hopefully doing that going forward will prevent it from sticking to the phone again. At least it makes you feel good about how strong the magnet is.

Be wary
Giving my review of the product after owning it after 3 months. The MagSafe base started to flake at about the 3 month mark. Spoke to Customer service representative Dana and the best explanation she gave me was there is “sand/dirt” on the back of my phone that is causing the product to flake… checking my phone for dirt was the only offered remedy advised which I think is a ridiculous claim. There is absolutely no sand/dirt on the back of my phone. I work in the hospital and I clean my phone daily to prevent the spread of disease that I am constantly exposed to so I KNOW that’s not it… as far as the charging capabilities it still works as it should. Be wary

That’s unfortunate. I bought one today. Issue here is that they are not using an OEM MagSafe but a (cheap?) knock off. The original one (though white) would not flake.

Installed. Super clean and wires can be tucked away under the pad in the armrest. This is with an iPhone 15 Max Pro.
